Smt.D.G.Agrawal Memorial School, Chinchpada aims to create leaders for tomorrow by preparing students for a future we do not know. Based on our capacity to provide quality education to students, we limit the number of students.

Smt.D.G.Agrawal Memorial School, Chinchpada Admission is based on the age criteria each student fits in. The Age Criteria mentioned is fixed and no relaxation will be granted under any circumstances.

Admission Process

  1. Submit the Online Application Form before the due date
  2. A printed copy of the online form is to be submitted at the school office before the last date of submission along with the list of documents and form processing fee. This includes the cost of the school prospectus Call for interaction with shortlisted candidates.
  3. All shortlisted candidates will be informed by Call
  4. Interaction: Parents of the selected students will be called for an interaction with the Principal. The child must accompany the parents. However, the interview is solely based on parent interaction with the Principal
  5. The admission is confirmed on the submission of documents and payment of fees.

List of Documents Required

 

  1. Nursery, LKG, UKG, and 1st standard Original Birth Certificate essential.
    For the admission of 2nd to 9th & 11th, the following documents are a must.
  2. School Leaving certificate / Transfer certificate.
  3. Previous year’s Mark sheet.
  4. Aadhar card
  5. Character certificate.
  6. Two color photos.

How to Apply for Online Admission

 

  1. Go to the application form by clicking on the Apply Now link
  2. Fill up the Online Admission Application Form (In CAPITAL LETTER). Fill in the details carefully and submit.
  3. Please enter the Birth Date for the applicant (CHILD) (Eligible schools which are within the birth date criteria will be shown as on date.) Check Year of Birth before confirming
  4. Select appropriate gender, date of birth, and class for the child whose admission is being sought. These details once entered cannot be changed.
  5. Enter PARENT mobile no (compulsory) and/or email id. These contact details will only be considered for future communication.
  6. Please keep the color Passport size Photo of the child for upload ready jpg format (size 35mm x 45 MM) (max 200kb).
  7. Please review the form before submission. No changes can be made after.
  8. Take print After submission online Registration form.

The Academic year begins in June and ends in April.

Minimum age in addition to eligible test for admission in each class is as follows.

  1.  Nursery –               3 years,
  2.  LKG    –                     4 years,
  3.  UKG   –                     5 Years,
  4.  1st        –                     6 Years
