Generally, admission in the hostel is given to all boys who are in the age group of 5 to 15 Our Residential system is absolutely according to the ancient gurukul education where the inmates are the members of the family.
The facilities at DGAMS are indeed homely yet managed professionally. The Hostels have been specifically designed to provide a warm and caring family-like environment. All the rooms are well lit and kept clean all the time. Proper sanitation care is taken along with regular maintenance of the entire premises.
DINING HALL
DGAMS pays great attention to the dining facility at the campus. High standards of hygiene are maintained in the clean kitchens and dining areas for students as promoting a healthy lifestyle is one of our aims.
We offer a variety of salads, vegetables, milk, and fruits thereby encouraging the children to develop healthy food preferences. The kitchen not only serves a variety of Indian dishes like North Indian and South Indian. It also serves Chinese and Continental cuisines.
The school has an experienced kitchen staff, which tries to do their best to put together attractive and nourishing meals. A balanced nutritional diet is provided, considering the age of the students in minds.

RESIDENTIAL / PARENT VISIT RULES
- Parents are allowed to meet the boarders only one in a month (Last sunday Time 10 am to 1pm)
- Parents should wait in the parent’s lobby to meet their wards.
- The boarders are not allowed to go for outing with their parents.
- Article should be provided by the parents to the boarders while taking admission.
- The boarders will be permitted to go home only during major holidays.
- Parents are asked to make phone calls only on sunday (Time 10am to 1pm]
- During the working days parents should not make either phone calls or visit their wards.
- The boarders will be allowed to meet only the authorised relative (A photo of the visitor should be submitted along with the admission form)
- Boarders with incomplete kit will not be permitted in the hostel.
- All boarders should be present in the hostel one day before the end of all holidays.
- Late comers will be fined Rs.50/- per day.
- Boarders should not bring expensive items like cosmetics, jewellery, mobiles, gold items, money etc. The principal will have compete authority to cease such things if it is noticed.
- Parents should meet the principal to discuss all the problems related to their wards.
- Boarders should not ask the day scholars to bring anything form outside or to make call to their parents.
- If any boarders is found to be indiscipline or speak any other language other than English will be punished.
